Officer Moran became a Police Officer in 1993. From 1995 to 2003 he was the D.A.R.E. Instructor for Lincoln and Sacandaga Schools. Officer Moran is a member of the New York State Police Juvenile Officers Association. He is also a state certified Bicycle Patrol Officer. Officer Moran was promoted to Sergeant in 2004. |
