Ptl. Hay began his career as a Correction Officer before joining the Scotia Police Department in August of 1990. Ptl. Hay enjoys spending time with the family. Likes to go camping by the ocean. Enjoys playing all sports, especially baseball. Enjoys motorcycle riding and working on cars in his spare time. |
