Officer Feeley has been with the Scotia POlice Department since January 2006. Currently, he is one of four Bike Officers i the department. Officer Feeley is a certified Breath Analysis Operator and Radar Operator. He earned his A.A.S. in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force and his B.A.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. He served 12 years as a Military Police Officer in the United States Air Force and is still serving. Officer Feeley's hobbies include golf, family, and any other kind of sport. |
