Town of Glenville Public Safety Dispatchers

The Town of Glenville Public Safety Dispatch Center has been providing dispatch services including "911" and "Emergency Medical Dispatch" for the Scotia Police Department since July of 1995. Up until this time the Scotia Police Department was always manned by at least one Scotia Police Officer. By having the police calls go directly to the Glenville Public Safety Dispatch Center this has allowed the officer to leave the police department. This means that there are always two if not three officers available for patrol most times.
