Ptl. Bailey started with the Scotia Police Department in August of 1994. He is one of three Bicycle officers who completed the tough 2 week New York State Certified Police Bicycle Training School. He is currently working the 8am to 4pm Shift. In his spare time Ptl. Bailey is also the Fire Chief with the Beukendaal Fire Department. He enjoys softball in the summer and bowling in the winter. |
